Job Duties: Load Vehicle for Daily route(s) assigned. Follow mapped directions to delivery site(s). Drive and deliver water to specified locations. Cleaning of vehicle and water storage area(s), as well as cleaning of water coolers at customer locations. Some amount of customer contact/customer service will be required. Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
·        Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
·        Customer service skills (preferred)
·        Positive, customer friendly personality
·        Must have a neat and clean appearance
·        Ability to perform duties in all weather conditions
·        Ability to manage time well
·        Ability to read written directions
·        Ability to lift 50lbs+
·        Ability to carry 50lbs+ for 100ft+
·        Ability to stand on feet 5+hours
·        Ability to load and unload Vehicle(s)

 Job Duties:
Supervisor is responsible for the performance of all production projects assigned, meeting production standards, time frames, client developed plans and customer service. This position requires supervision of client employees performing assembly, packaging and fulfillment work. Some duties include but are not limited to the following:
o   Train/retrain clients to the work area, procedures and techniques
o   Instruct clients on safety procedures and ensure correct materials, supplies, and tools are used properly and function properly
o   Implement and maintain quality assurance for all items produced
o   Hold monthly group meetings to discuss quality, safety, policies, scheduling, etc.
o   Actively participate in weekly production meetings
o   Reporting of any incident/accident immediately to supervisor, and case notes as needed
o   Maintain inventory, and order preparation/pulling
o   Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
·        Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
·        Must be willing to work any shift including weekends and holidays
·        Must be able to lift at least 50 - 60 lbs
·        Must be able to stand or walk most of the shift
·        Must be able to follow directions from Supervisor
·        Must have knowledge of how to follow proper safety procedures
·        Must be able to work 40 hrs per week
·        Experience in production assembly and packaging is preferred
·        High school diploma or equivalent

JOB SUMMARY: 
The Sales & Service Representative provides professional, courteous and prompt service to all customers, has a strong knowledge of Bank products and services, recommends appropriate financial products and services to customers, and refers customers to investment and loan representatives regarding additional services provided by the Bank. May perform all phases of Sales Associate operations as needed. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
1.Keeps up-to-date on Bank products and services to effectively provide financial solutions to customers. 
2.Effectively profiles customers, opens accounts, and cross-sells appropriate Bank products and services;
3.Takes responsibility in meeting monthly branch and/or individual scorecard goals on a consistent basis by monitoring self-performance and following action plans;
4.Ensures delivery of excellent customer service throughout the Bank by adhering to sales and @ your service standards and protocols;
5.Has knowledge and complies with Bank security and operating policies and procedures, as well as compliance regulations, including KYC, OFAC, CIP, and customer privacy policy;

a)Accepts deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, and gives receipts to customers;
b)Negotiates financial instruments within assigned limits, verifying authenticity of transactions to include signature and identity;
c)Accepts loan, credit card and other payments;
d)Issues money orders, official bank checks, traveler’s checks and issues/redeems savings bonds;
e)Consistently prepares accurate cash and data processing transactions with little supervision;
f)Processes night depository bags when needed;
g)Balances assigned cash drawer daily; maintains strict adherence to security procedures/sole control of cash drawer and assigned cash limit.
3.Assists with ATM settlement when necessary, if applicable;
4.Attends and successfully completes courses or classes required by the Bank;
5.Provides competent and friendly service to internal and external customers;
6.Helps other members of the work area when support is needed;
7.Sets a positive example for others by not allowing excuses to detract from optimum performance and accepting change;
8.Dependable and reports to work on time as scheduled.
9.Refers customers to other lines of business when needed;
10.Assists customers with commercial transactions, if applicable;
11.Assists customers regarding effective account maintenance and record keeping;
12.Assists customers with safe deposit boxes;
13.Assists night depository and reconciles ATM (when applicable), signs official checks within approval limits and authorizes the payment of checks within approved limits;

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•High School Diploma or equivalent;

Work hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 40 hours per week with some weekends.
