Job Description :
Responsibilities are to maintain loan systems and provide support to Loan Operations and Management on an intermediate level. Balance all loan applications, and balance and maintain assigned GL accounts. Perform recalculation of loans, maintenance, research and troubleshoot loan system. Perform secondary market functions and file retention management. Conduct training for various loan systems and provide customer support. Job Requirements :
  • Banking knowledge/experience helpful
  • Broad knowledge of computers, with excellent PC skills to include experience with Database report generation experience, Word, Excel, Windows, Internet, ACL, Crystal software and Appro
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Adapt well to change, have organizational skills and be detailed oriented
  • Must be a team player, able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
